The Corporation of the City of London (City) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQUAL) to identify and select by means of qualification, experienced contractors who will then be invited to submit a bid on the proposed Greenway WWTP ORC Installation Contract as either a General Contractor, and Mechanical Contractor, and Electrical Contractor.

Due to the nature and complexity of the work involved, the City will be inviting only those contractors who are most experienced and qualified to bid on and undertake the specified scope of work. By prequalifying Respondents, the City is still intent on ensuring a competitive bidding process.

For the mechanical and electrical scopes of work, the General Contractor may only use the prequalified Mechanical and Electrical respondents. If the General Contractor wishes to use their own forces for the mechanical or electrical scopes of work, they must prequalify under the applicable scope of work as well.
