Through this Stage One RFPQ, The Corporation of the City of London (the City) is pre-qualifying organizations as potential project partners to deliver on London’s housing supply targets by building new and retaining existing housing stock throughout London. 

Through future project partnerships, the City will create mixed communities including supportive, affordable, community, social and other forms of housing, in alignment with the Council-approved “Roadmap to 3,000 Affordable Units Action Plan” (Roadmap), the “Housing Accelerator Fund Action Plan” initiatives, and other related City plans and strategies.
