Lake Huron and Elgin Area Water Supply Systems (LH & EAWSS), collectively, are interested in developing an asset field condition for both Lake Huron and Elgin Area water treatment plants. The Corporation of the City of London (the City) is acting in it’s capacity as the administering municipality on behalf of, and under the direction of, the Boards of Management for Lake Huron and Elgin Area Primary Water Supply Systems (hereinafter referred to as LH&EAPWSS, the Boards, or the Owners). Any reference to the City in this or related documents refers to the City in its acting capacity only. The Boards are issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) from interested, qualified, firms who are capable of conducting independent multi-disciplinary visual asset condition assessments as noted in the RFP documents.
