The scope of the 2020 contract work for the Stoney Creek Meadow Marsh SWMF and the Airport Road #7 SWMF will generally consist of the following: · Install sediment and erosion controls; · Dewater the stormwater management facility and bypass inflows; · Capture, relocate and return (where feasible) fish and aquatic wildlife; · Remove sediment from the stormwater management facility; · Dispose of sediment; · Construct the Airport Road #7 SWMF outlet retrofit; and · Restore to original or better conditions. All 2020 contract work shall be substantially completed by September 25, 2020. The sediment removal at the two SWMFs may take place concurrently or consecutively following approval from the Contract Administrator based on the Contractor’s work schedule. The Contract Administrator will issue a Certificate of Substantial Performance for the 2020 contract work upon satisfactory completion of the work. |
