Work of this Contract comprises of furnishing all labour, materials, equipment, tools, services, supervision and
all else required for the replacement of Roofs B and C (48,154 SF) with a cold applied Modified Bitumen
Felt Roof System. The roofing contractor shall frequently communicate with N. American Roof Management
Services Ltd. so that pivotal inspections can be performed to examine the work at crucial stages.
