The Corporation of the City of London (“the City”) is seeking Request for Proposal (RFP) submissions (“Proposals”) from experienced and qualified proponents to conduct original, primary research into labour market non-participants within the London Economic Region (LER), to help identify distinguishing characteristics of specific demographic groups and what strategies, services, activities and supported are required to encourage their entrance or return to the labour market. This research project will inform service delivery partners, employers and workforce development agencies in the development of strategies, services, activities and supports required to effectively reach those non-participants and encourage their return to the local labour market. The end result of the Ontario Labour Market Partnership (OLMP) will be a report that will be shared with the regional employment and workforce development partners to inform both local and regional labour market strategic planning efforts.
The initial term of the contract will be for approximately 3.5 months, commencing on or about September 15, 2020. |
