The purpose of this REOI is to gauge interest and identify firms willing to purchase and redevelop City-owned parking lots for high-density housing. The City intends to divest its interest in the parking lot sites to provide the private sector land to develop new housing. The information provided by the Respondent will be used for the sole purpose of assisting the City in understanding the marketplace and the qualifications of the interested firms. The City may prepare a formal solicitation based on the results of the REOI. |
