Highbury Avenue from Dundas Street to the north limit of the Contract;
Bridge rehabilitation and widening, retaining walls, municipal road reconstruction, infrastructure improvements including: new storm sewers, catch basins and leads, street lighting, traffic signals, pavement structure, curb, sidewalk, asphalt paving, streetscaping, and landscaping.
