The Corporation of the City of London (the “City”) is seeking qualified HVAC service providers to deliver upon request preventative maintenance, repair, emergency response, and minor capital HVAC services across various City-owned facilities. The term of the contract is expected to be 1 year, with 4 option years to extend, to support ongoing facility operations and ensure optimal system performance, energy efficiency, and occupant comfort. |
