The Corporation of the City of London (City) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQUAL) to seek interested qualified Engineering Consulting Firms (Respondent) with design and construction administration experience related to dam decommissioning and removal. The City intends on commencing the detailed design of the decommissioning of the Springbank Dam for 2021 construction. A Consulting Engineer will be engaged to complete the detailed design for the Springbank Dam Decommissioning as per the recommendations outlined in the completed One River Environmental Assessment (EA).
