The Corporation of the City of London (the City) on behalf of the Board of Management for the Lake Huron and Elgin Area Water Supply Systems (LH&EAWSS), is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQUAL) to solicit responses from interested, qualified, firms (Respondents) who are capable of undertaking the Elgin Water Treatment Plant UV Replacement project, as noted in the RFQUAL documents.
