The purpose of this Request for Tender is to obtain bid submissions from interested, qualified, firms who are capable of supply and delivery of Maintenance Hole Frames, Covers, Catch Basin Frames & Grates, and HDPE Adjustment Units, HDPE Maintenance Hole Inserts for The Corporation of the City of London in accordance with the terms of this offering, Ontario Provincial Standard Specification OPSS 1850, and Ontario Provincial Standard Drawings OPSD 400.020, OPSD 400.082, OPSD 400.090, OPSD 401.010.
