The construction of Innovation Park Industrial Subdivision Phase 5 including topsoil stripping and respreading, site grading, stormwater management facility and conveyance channel, internal roads complete with sanitary and storm sewers, watermains, road to curb and gutter and binder asphalt, street lighting and London Hydro servicing. The construction of external works on Bradley Avenue including construction of right turn lane, grading of existing boulevards, relocation of fire hydrant and catch basins, relocation of existing watermain swab line and vent stack, removal of an existing 40 mm water service and a London Hydro service crossing
