The City is seeking proposal submissions to obtain Consulting Engineering Design ONLY Services for the 2022/2023 Infrastructure Renewal Program (IRP) Assignment G – Quebec Street Reconstruction Phase 1. This is a two-year design only assignment with construction anticipated during the 2023 construction season.
