Reconstruction of Kilally Rd from Webster St to Clarke Rd including heavy earth cut and fill to design subgrade, the widening of road platform including bike lanes, the supply and placement of new concrete curb and gutter, the supply and placement of new concrete sidewalk. New watermain, sanitary and storm sewers including a new outlet to the Thames River just west of the Clarke Rd bridge and all associated restoration
