The purpose of this Request for Tender is to establish a list of vendors of record by obtaining bids for Granular Materials in accordance with Specification #750-00-00, Ontario Provincial Standard Specifications (OPSS) 1001, Municipal 1003, Municipal 1004 and Municipal 1010; City of London Standard Contract Documents Supplemental OPSS 1003 and 1010; and the City of London General Specification (GS) OPSS 180 and Ontario Regulation 347 R.S.O. shall be followed for disposal of materials. Ontario Regulation 854 of R.R.O. shall be complied with while operating within a gravel pit facility.
