Reconstruction of Sunningdale Road from Villagewalk Boulevard to east of Redford Road and reconstruction of Richmond Street from Villagewalk Boulevard to Uplands Drive complete with water chamber improvements, storm sewers, Granular A / B base and subbase, curb and gutter, surface / binder asphalt, concrete sidewalks, multi-use paths and in-boulevard bike paths, street lighting, traffic signals, landscaping, temporary / permanent pavement markings and miscellaneous utility work.
