The City of London (herein after referred to as the City) is inviting Applications from qualified and experience concession operators / food vendors to provide food and beverage concession services at designated municipal arena facilities – specifically Argyle, Carling and Lambeth arenas.
The City is seeking an operator that can deliver high-quality customer service, provide a variety of food and beverage offerings (including healthy options), maintain safe and sanitary operations, and contribute positively to the overall customer experience at these specific municipal recreation facilities. Potential operators can submit an application for one, two or all three locations, as deemed appropriate by the operator.
