The City of London, is seeking proposal submissions to obtain Consulting Engineering Services to complete the stormwater servicing strategy for the Dingman Creek Stage 2 Lands following a Schedule C Muncipal Class Environmental Assessment (EA) process. The consultant must be experienced in conducting provincial Regulatory Floodplain modelling and be intimately familiar with eligible infrastructure and planning policies that may be implemented to mitigate regulatory flooding impacts on the landcape.  This study is a continuation of the recently completed Schedule B Dingman Creek Stage 1 Lands EA (Aquafor Beech, 2020). As such, the same problem statement and objectives of the study apply but for the remaining lands with the Dingman Creek Subwatershed within the city limits with a focus on flood mitigation measures.
