Description: 

The City is seeking a qualified Contractor to installation of a new storm sewer system along Sunningdale Road West and the full reconstruction of the roadway. Associated works include the construction of concrete sidewalks and asphalt pathways, landscaping, asphalt paving, and the installation of line markings and signage. Primary construction activities will occur in 2026, with final adjustments and placement of the surface asphalt course completed in 2027.
