The City is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide services of  construction of a new watermain on Western Road and new storm and sanitary sewers on Philip Aziz Avenue complete with road re-construction, concrete sidewalks and asphalt pathways. Work to occur in 2026 will include both Western Road and Philip Aziz Avenue, with final adjustments and surface asphalt placement on Philip Aziz Avenue occurring in 2027
