The Corporation of the City of London (the City) is issuing this Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) to seek firms (Respondents) who are capable and interested in providing consulting services to: gather information and review the current state of geographic information system (GIS) governance at the City of London; develop a desired state through consultations and industry best practices; and propose an implementation plan for the City to achieve the desired state.
