The Corporation of the City of London (the City) is acting in its capacity as the administering municipality on behalf of, and under the direction of, the Board of Management for the Lake Huron Primary Water Supply System (hereinafter referred to as Huron, the LHPWSS, the Board, or the Owner). Any reference to the City in this or related documents refers to the City in its acting capacity only. The Corporation of the City of London (the City) on behalf of the Board of Management for the Lake Huron Primary Water Supply System (LHPWSS), is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQUAL) to solicit responses from interested, qualified, engineering and/or architectural firms (Respondents) who are capable of acting as the Coordinating Licensed Professional for the detailed design, tendering and construction contract administration for the proposed new administration building at the Huron Water Treatment Plant, including renovation of selected existing office areas (within an existing building) and site redevelopment to accommodate these changes. This is the first stage in a two-stage procurement process. Successful Respondents will be invited to participate in the second stage Request for Proposal. |
