The pre-qualification call is intended to serve two (2) purposes: first, to provide interested Contractors with advanced notice of the project; and second, to allow the City of London an opportunity to approve qualified Contractors in advance of the general call for the construction of a new Dingman Creek Pumping Station and related ancillary works.
