Description: 

The Corporation of the City of London is seeking proposal submissions from experienced and qualified firms (Proponents) to implement the cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) solution for the City in a phased approach. The Proponent will also collaborate with the City’s Project Team to ensure the project is managed through the System Development Lifecycle, advise the team on industry standards and best practices in relation to the implementation of the solution, and provide recommendations for process improvements. 

Proponents are required to meet the following mandatory requirements :

  • The Proponent must be a legal business entity licensed to do business in Canada. 
  • The Proposing firm must be an approved SAP Platinum or Gold Partner.
