The Corporation of the City of London (City) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQUAL) to seek interested qualified Engineering Consulting Firms (Respondent) who possess the skill set, abilities and accreditation necessary to perform stormwater focused Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (EA), and detailed design and construction administration projects to support all related projects on the noted subject matter.

The City intends to award three (3) stormwater EA assignments and one (1) detailed design/construction administration assignment in 2019 through this RFQUAL process.

This RFQUAL is an open, publicly advertised first stage of a two stage process that follows the City’s Grouped Consultant Selection Process and is administered in accordance with the City of London Procurement of Goods and Services Policy. The second stage of the procurement process includes issuing an invitational Request for Proposal (RFP) to Proponents qualified during the first stage of the process. The City will select the number of Proponents that will be invited to submit an RFP for each project based on the quality of RFQUAL submissions received. RFPs may be issued several times during the qualification period and may be staggered in the date of their issuance.
