The City of London (herein referred to as the City) is seeking to pre-qualify up to four (4) Energy Management Control Systems (EMCS) vendors and products to be partners with the City of London for the installation of the new EMCS systems or the replacement of the existing building control systems as a part of a Vendor of Record (“VOR”) list for the City, as noted in the Request for Qualification herein (referred to as the RFQUAL). |
