The Corporation of the City of London (the City) is acting in its capacity as the administering municipality on behalf of, and under the direction of, the Board of Management for the Lake Huron Primary Water Supply System (hereinafter referred to as LHWSS, the Board, the Owner, or the utility). Any reference to the City in this or related documents refers to the City in its acting capacity only.
The Lake Huron Primary Water Supply System is interested in developing an Asset Management Plan Update (Project) for the water supply system and are therefore seeking proposal submissions (Proposals) from interested, qualified firms (Proponents) with the experience, knowledge, and capability to complete such an assignment as noted in the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents. |
