**Electronic Submissions Only** This Tender is being issued by the Corporation of the City of London (“the City”) for a portion (hereafter referred to as “the development site”) of the former Sherwood Forest Public School (SFPS). The SFPS is located at 7 Annadale Road in the City of London. The SFPS was declared surplus by the Thames Valley District School Board (TVDSB) in 2013 and acquired by the City in 2014 to undertake a residential infill demonstration project. The intention of the Tender process is to enter into an agreement of purchase and sale in respect to the redevelopment of the site for a residential infill demonstration project. |
