Description: 

The City of London is seeking a contractor for the construction and implementation of active transportation and water main improvements on Boler Road, from Southdale Road to Commissioners Road, scheduled for the 2026 construction season. The scope includes the installation of an in-boulevard bi-directional cycle track, full depth and surface road reconstruction, watermain replacement (from Griffith Street to Byron Baseline Road), asphalt surface restoration, intersection upgrades, and related civil and landscape works. The intent is to deliver these improvements within a defined construction window to support safe cycling, improved connectivity, and enhanced reliability of municipal infrastructure.
