The Corporation of the City of London (the City) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQUAL) from interested, qualified, firms who can undertake the project for the Adelaide Street North at Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR) Grade Separation.
The City of London has adopted a two-stage process for awarding the proposed Contract.
Stage I Request for Qualifications includes an emphasis on experience for the following components of the works: i) CPR Structure Experience, ii) Trenchless installation of municipal services beneath the CPR tracks, iii) Groundwater cut-off wall system, and iv) Stormwater Pumping Station Mechanical v) Stormwater Pumping Station Electrical.
The objective of Stage I is to obtain and evaluate relevant information from Respondents and to establish a list of Selected Respondents who will be invited to submit competitive bids for the construction of the proposed works under a future contract (Stage II).
The contract resulting from the Stage II process shall be between the City and the General Contractor. The City shall not have any involvement in, or responsibility for, any contract between the General Contractor and any Subcontractor(s).
A Respondent intending to qualify in a category should submit all necessary information as set out within this request. A Respondent may apply for qualification in multiple categories. For a single Respondent submitting on more than one category, all information required within this request may be submitted for each category in a single submission to the City. All Respondents must be qualified for the category in which they want to bid in order to be considered for the RFT process for the Adelaide Street North at Canadian Pacific Railway Grade Separation. |
