The Corporation of the City of London (the City) is seeking proposal submissions (Proposals) from interested, qualified, firms (Proponents) who are capable of supplying the equipment and providing commissioning and training services for thirty (30) membrane cassettes and six (6) permeate pumps in the six (6) membrane trains at the Oxford Wastewater Treatment Plant
